St. Patrick’s Day is approaching us this weekend. If you are like me, then you are turning green with excitement! I actually found the cutest Sexy Leprechaun Costume that I just have to share with you guys. It’s made by one of my favorite manufacturers, Leg Avenue Costume. This Lucky Charm Leprechaun Costume (shown on the left) gives the traditional leprechaun style with a VERY sexy twist, don’t you agree? I absolutely love the top hat, the sexy suit-looking top, and the mini skirt with the “pot of gold” style belt. Add your favorite accessories (personally I would get some shamrock earrings) and be the luckiest Leprechaun at the party. AHHH I love sexy costumes!!!

That being said, I was browsing some of my favorite internet websites and costume retailers and I stumbed across something that really interested me. I thought it would be pretty cool to share; Totally Costumes.com has shared with everyone about the St. Patrick’s Day Facts and Myths. They actually talk about the facts and myths about St. Patty’s Day from where the idea of Shamrocks came from to drinking green beer in celebration of the Holiday. Seriously, check it out! Then either visit your newspaper’s website OR google Renaissance Faire in your city name. Renaissance Faire is a huge deal. The talent is remarkable at these things, and the people are fun, the beer is cold, and the time is right for dressing in a sexy costume.

The difference between sexy and slutty halloween costumes: This is one of our favorite subjects to hit on because it is such a big (and genuine) concern. Women want to feel comfortable and look sexy for Halloween, but there’s such a thin line between looking sexy and looking slutty. Keep in mind this is just a guideline, and it can vary between all kinds of women. We are just hitting on tips to help you out and consider it from all angles and to even give you ideas for your next Sexy Halloween Costume.

 

Tip #1. Wearing a short costume that shows off your sexy, long legs can be too revealing. Try adding thigh highs, leg warmers, footless tights, or fishnets to suppress some of that skin.

 

Tip #2. Choose one “sexy” body part to show off, and only a little. For example, if you want to show some cleavage, only show a little “teaser”. Keep everything else modest like your thighs and stomach.

 

Tip #3. If you choose to wear a short costume, make sure it’s not so short that your butt cheeks hang out. Same goes with low-cut costumes; Make sure it’s not so low everyone is waiting for a little more than the “skin” to pop out.

 

 

Tip #4. Shoes have a HUGE impact on costumes. There are certain high heels that will make a certain costume look VERY sexy, and some will make them look very slutty. For the shoes that make the costume look very slutty, maybe choose a longer costume, but show a little cleavage and arms.

 

Tip #5. Accessories are going to be your life saver, so choose wisely! If your costume is showing a lot of cleavage, cover is up with a see-through wrap or shawl, or even a vest. If your costume is rising a little high, add footless tights, knee high or thigh high boots, flat shoes, or thigh high stockings… even leg warmers!
